The following are the general terms and conditions of booking, as well as the cancellation policy

  • All reservations are subject to a £50 non-refundable payment to be held in order to secure the reservation.
  • If you need to alter your appointment, you must give at least 14 days notice.
  • It is possible to pay the deposit through bank transfer or any credit or debit card by visiting the website HERE.

  • All reservations are contingent on the receipt of a deposit and the negative outcome of a skin sensitivity ‘patch test.’
  • A patch test can be used to identify delayed allergic responses to our pigments and other materials that are utilised during the operation.
  • Within 24 hours of receiving a £50 security deposit, a patch test will be sent to your home address at no additional charge.
  • The first retouch is complimentary if it is done within three months after the first visit. There is a 14-day cancellation policy in force. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged £75 to rebook.
